Over a ten-year period, we supported a global natural resources company through one of the most high-profile and protracted regulatory investigations in the UK. Working closely with the company’s board, legal counsel, and external advisers, we helped navigate intense public, political and media scrutiny, protecting the parent company’s ability to operate globally.

Our role encompassed strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management throughout parallel legal and regulatory proceedings, including civil actions against both the UK authorities and a major international law firm. The investigations were ultimately discontinued without charges being brought.
