Before joining Kendal in 2025, Marcos worked closely with Baroness Jenkin in the House of Lords, gaining firsthand experience at the intersection of politics and policy.

He also brings international insight from his brief time at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), where he contributed to research on global security and strategic affairs. He read Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick.
