Matthew is a strategic communications and public affairs specialist with a background in the UK Armed Forces and central government. Before serving as a Chief of Staff and senior adviser in Westminster, he served with the Royal Air Force, deploying on operations in the UK and overseas, and held roles within the Ministry of Defence and Strategic Command.
More recently, he has helped lead international campaigns countering disinformation and hybrid threats, working across complex environments and conflict zones covering Europe, Africa and the Middle East. His cross-sector experience spans government, industry, and the non-profit space, advising multinational corporations, international organisations, and national governments on reputation, policy, and narrative strategy.
