Through an integrated programme of policy engagement, research, and media outreach, FCJ has become a recognised contributor to the UK civil justice debate – informing parliamentary discussion, shaping media coverage, and securing engagement from senior policymakers and regulators. With Kendal’s support, the campaign has succeeded in moving civil justice reform, litigation funding and mass claims from a technical legal topic to a mainstream competitiveness and consumer fairness issue, establishing FCJ as a leading advocate for proportionate reform and integrity within the UK’s legal system.
